Instructions

Pour the milk, PB2 crunchy powdered peanut butter, applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon into a large bowl. Whisk until incorporated.

Add the rolled oats to the milk mixture. Stir to combine.

Divide the oats between four 8 oz. mason jars or containers that can be sealed.

Pour extra liquid on top, stirring with a spoon or a butter knife to combine.

Cover, and refrigerate overnight.

Enjoy the oats cold the next morning with thinly sliced apples on top.
Notes
-To make this recipe vegan, use your favorite non-dairy milk. To make gluten free, use gluten free rolled oats.
