Instructions:
-Preheat oven to 350F. Grease two 8 oz ramekins with cooking spray.
-Add the oats to a blender and pulse until finely ground.
-Add the banana, egg, milk, maple syrup and baking powder to the blender. Blend on high for one minute or until all the ingredients are fully combined and smooth.
-Divide the ingredients evenly between the two ramekins. Sprinkle on the chocolate chips.
-Bake in the center of the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the mixture has risen and is springy to the touch.
-Drizzle the peanut butter over the warm baked oats. Serve immediately.
