Filling, slightly sweet and easy to take and go, this Breakfast “Banana Split” hits all the high notes for any breakfast.
Instructions:
- Split the bananas and place on individual plates or bowls.
- Combine the Greek yogurt and PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter in a large bowl. Use a rubber spatula or a hand mixer to combine until creamy.
- Divide the Greek yogurt mixture in half.
- Scoop the yogurt mixture on top of the split bananas.
- Top with the fresh raspberries, chia seeds and chopped dry roasted peanuts and enjoy!
Notes:
- You can make and keep the yogurt mixture in the fridge to easily be able to put together these banana splits at a moment’s notice.
- Make this recipe vegan and dairy free by using vegan yogurt.
