Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped strawberries (355g)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (42g)
  • ¼ cup PB2 Performance - Peanut Protein Powder with Vanilla (35g)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (175g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5g)

These light and creamy Greek yogurt ice pops feature fresh strawberries and PB2 Performance – Peanut Protein Powder with Vanilla! The combination is just so pleasant and satisfying. These pops strike the perfect balance between strawberry, peanut butter and vanilla.

Instructions:

  1. Measure the chopped strawberries, honey, PB2 Performance - Peanut Protein Powder with Vanilla, Greek yogurt and vanilla extract into a food processor or a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Pour into ice pop molds.
  4. Place wooden popsicle sticks into each mold.
  5. Freeze for 5-6 hours, or until frozen solid.

Notes:

  • The number of popsicles will depend on the size of your ice pop molds. Mine make 3 oz. ice pops.
