Instead of processed sugar, we use naturally sweet dates and PB2 Natural Peanut Butter Spread that is sweetened with allulose to create a creamy, peanut butter, caramel-like filling. Paired with rich dark chocolate, these cups taste indulgent but come with a better-for-you twist.
Directions:
-Blend dates, coconut oil, PB2, vanilla + salt until smooth.
-Spread into a lined muffin tin and freeze 2–3 hours.
-Top with melted chocolate and freeze 1 more hour.
-Store in a freezer bag + enjoy whenever a craving hits!
