Directions:
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add milk and stir to combine. Whisk in sugar and cocoa, whisking until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil rapidly 1 minute. Remove from heat and add PB2 Performance Almond Protein with Vanilla and salt, whisking until smooth.
- Add cereal and stir gently until fully coated; let stand 3 minutes.
- Drop mixture by heaping tablespoons onto a parchment-, wax paper-, or Silpat-lined baking sheet. Let cool at room temperature for at least 1 hour or until set.
