Using PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter with Cocoa in this soft-set chocolate bark adds plant-based protein and peanut flavor while keeping the texture smoother and less brittle than traditional bark.

Directions:
- Line a 13- x 9-inch baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until fully melted (about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.) Add PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter with Cocoa, and whisk until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Spread into a thin, even layer nearly to edges of pan. Working quickly, sprinkle evenly with pumpkin seed kernels, berries, and flaky sea salt.
- Chill bark, uncovered, in refrigerator until set, about 1 hour. Break or cut into pieces. Store bark in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
